Assessment feedback

The purpose of this form is to help teachers give effective feedback when students

have completed a piece of work for assessment. It allows the teacher to provide

explicit advice on errors or omissions in order to improve students’ constructs and

to provide positive and specific encouragement where appropriate. It incorporates

the student’s own feedback which should allow an insight into how well they

understand their own position.
